Description

You make a copy of the glowing glyphs etched into the ground, but without the second half, the diagram doesn't make sense.

The glyphs indicate that another camp to the west, Forge Camp: Spite, is also involved in the project. Could that be where the Legion is keeping the other half of the plans?

If the Legion was forging something truly monstrous, assembling it at multiple sites would make sense.
